Jumanji Star Kevin Hart Is Ready To Go Back To Work After Vehicular Accident

It looks like Kevin Hart is recovering nicely after his shocking car accident during Labor Day weekend. A new report reveals that the Jumanji: The Next Level star has gone back to work after a lengthy stay in the hospital.

The report comes from E! News, who confirms that Hart has reunited with his Jumanji co-stars for a "marketing campaign" for the highly anticipated sequel. According to the news outlet, Hart's doctor gave him the OK to take on the task and that the Fatherhood actor was in good spirits now that he can go back to work. It is still unclear if he can now begin working on his upcoming projects. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

Hart was involved in a vehicular accident on Sunday, September 1. Hart was a passenger in his Plymouth Barracuda when the car ended up in a gully with its roof torn off. The Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle star had reportedly suffered multiple back injuries that left him in a great deal of pain after the accident.

Luckily, Hart's accident will not affect the premiere of the third Jumanji movie as he had already completed work on the sequel. Likewise, he has already wrapped up on his movie Fatherhood. For now, Hart's only projects that could be delayed are the comedy My Own Worst Enemy and the planned Monopoly film.

Jumanji: The Next Level also stars Dwayne Johnson, Karen Gillan, Jack Black, and Nick Jonas. The movie is scheduled for release on December 13.
