Jeremy Renner Teases Hawkeye Disney+ Series Production Start

It looks like Hawkeye is getting ready to swing back into action. Jeremy Renner has just confirmed that he is already preparing for his return as Clint Burton in the highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe series and the best way to do that is to start training again.

Renner shared a new video on his official Twitter account where he admits that he has "dusted off the stunt bag." Take a look at the video below.

"It's time to train after 3 year break... fluidity, speed, and PAIN is in my future," Renner wrote before adding the hashtag #officiallybroken.

Of course, the "3 year break" in question is a reference to his busy schedule working out and filming for Avengers: Endgame, which was shot at the same time as Avengers: Infinity War. However, it is finally time to get ready for Hawkeye's return.

The idea that Renner is already starting training also has fans hyped up since it means that Hawkeye could begin production within the next few months. However, there haven't been any updates yet on when filming will start. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

Although Renner has put off training for three years, that doesn't mean the actor hasn't been busy all this time. He also worked on the animated film Arctic Dogs as well as the comedy Tag.

Hawkeye has not yet been given an official release date. However, it is expected to start streaming on Disney+ late next year.
