Jaimie Alexander's Lady Sif Might Get Her Own Disney+ Series

It looks like Loki isn't the only Asgardian who is getting his own spin-off series. A new report suggests that Jaimie Alexander will reprise her role as Lady Sif in a new Disney+ show as well.

Sif was painfully absent in Thor: Ragnarok and it has been confirmed that the female warrior did not survive the snappening in Avengers: Infinity War. Nevertheless, Discussing Film reports that a Lady Sif series is currently in early development. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige will reportedly produce the show and Alexander could be brought back to play Thor's best warrior.

This is certainly an interesting move for Disney considering that Sif has been absent for a long time. However, Sif has already proven that she works well both in films and in TV shows, having appeared in Agents of SHIELD. For now, Marvel and Disney have not yet confirmed the news so it's best to take this with a grain of salt.

Although we'll have to wait before we get an official announcement for the Lady Sif spin-off series, there is little doubt that the Loki show is happening soon. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that Tom Hiddleston will not be playing the God of Mischief in the Disney+ series.

Recent reports suggest that Hiddleston will only narrate the show, which will be headlined by a younger actor. Let's just hope that we'll still be getting the Loki we love to hate and hate to love on Disney+.
