Hugh Jackman Posts Wolverine BTS Photo Teasing Ryan Reynolds Feud

Remember when Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds had a friendly feud on social media? It might not be over just yet. The Logan actor has once again called out the Deadpool star in an interesting behind-the-scenes photo when he was just starting out as Wolverine.

Jackman shared the picture on his official Instagram page. The image shows the actor's hand with a minor injury that was reportedly sustained while he was playing the mutant in one of his X-Men movies. Naturally, he blamed Reynolds for the cuts on his knuckles. Check it out below.

"The first time I've played #wolverine... and, actually bled. Clearly, it's @vancityreynolds fault," Jackman wrote.

We're not sure if the picture was taken when the two were working on X-Men Origins: Wolverine where Reynolds first played Wade Wilson. Nevertheless, it's hilarious that Jackman continues to troll his co-star on social media. Reynolds has since responded that he doesn't think Jackman has "been practicing enough."

Although Jackman has played Wolverine in numerous X-Men movies, the actor has since retired from the role even before Disney acquired 20th Century Fox. Although it is unlikely that the Greatest Showman star will be convinced to reprise his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it wouldn't be a surprise if Marvel Studios decides to recast the character.

It was previously reported that Jackman's Eddie the Eagle co-star Taron Egerton is a fan favorite to take over and play the iconic mutant. However, Egerton himself has confirmed that these are merely rumors. Nevertheless, the Rocketman actor admitted that he would like to join the MCU.
