We still don't know when Game of Thrones Season 8 will air next year but we might already have an idea of what will happen to Tyrion Lannister in the final season.

The Game of Thrones visual effects team recently took home seven Creative Arts Emmy Awards for the show's seventh season. The creative team was interviewed about their process. Interestingly, VFX supervisor Steve Kullback revealed that the team is one of the first to receive the script and need to figure out a way to film it. Kullback then let it slip that he knows what happens to Tyrion in the series.

Well, at least he didn't reveal everything. Nevertheless, fans are wondering what could possibly lead to Tyrion's death in the final season.
Some are quick to point out that the leak may have been staged by the creative team because of the way Kullback is acting and the exaggerated hushing from his teammates. However, we'll still be keeping an eye out for Tyrion, just in case.
Tyrion is undoubtedly one of the most beloved characters in Game of Thrones due to his amazing character development and Peter Dinklage's inspired performance. His death will certainly have an intense effect on fans who have been hoping that he will eventually take over the Iron Throne. Hopefully, we'll get to see Tyrion succeed in the final season.
