Game Of Thrones Season 8 Episode 4 Preview Reveals Battle Of Winterfell Aftermath

The third episode of Game of Thrones Season 8 has once again proven that nobody is untouchable in the HBO series, not even the fan favorites. Although many were led to believe that most characters might still have a few more episodes to live, the Battle of Winterfell took so many and left the survivors to pick up the pieces.

Without revealing too much, Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3 had numerous casualties and surprise returns. Although help arrived at the early hour, it still wasn't enough to prevent the deaths. Nevertheless, Winterfell has somehow survived and it still is unclear how the remaining characters will manage to move on.

Nevertheless, the preview for Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 4 moves forward and focuses on what happens next.

Although there are only a few characters left, their stories still matter and there is a greater battle to fight. These survivors must now understand that a larger threat needs to be dealt with in the future. The fight continues, and it will not end until a rightful ruler takes control of the Seven Kingdoms.

The sacrifice of the people at Winterfell has truly been great and it certainly makes the stakes infinitely greater.

Should we fear for our beloved characters? The ones who have been lost certainly had an ending that would matter until the end of the series. For now, the greater concern is whether everyone can work together long enough to save the Seven Kingdoms.

Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 4 will air on HBO on May 5.
