First Image From Peacock's Brave New World Series Reveals Lenina Crowne

The adaptation of Aldous Huxley's Brave New World is officially coming to NBC's new streaming service Peacock and we finally have our first glimpse at the interesting new sci-fi show. Interestingly, our first glimpse at the series features Lenina Crowne at work.

The image was shared by the newly launched Twitter account for Peacock, which posted awesome new photos for its upcoming shows. The picture for Brave New World featuring Jessica Brown Findlay as Lenina can be seen below.

The photo confirms that we'll be seeing a modern take on Huxley's novel, which was originally published in 1932. It's also interesting to see that the first image shows Lenina since the character has one of the more complex storylines in the book.

The description for Brave New World reads as follows:

"A utopian society that has achieved peace and stability through the prohibition of monogamy, privacy, money, family, and history itself."

Brave New World will also star Solo: A Star Wars Story actor Alden Ehrenreich as John the Savage and Demi Moore as his mother Linda. Former Game of Thrones star Harry Lloyd will appear as Bernard Marx while Ant-Man and the Wasp actress Hannah John-Kamen will portray the gender-bent character Wilhelmina "Helm" Watson. Origin's Sen Mitsuji plays Henry Foster while Joseph Morgan of The Vampire Diaries will be CJack60. Nina Sosanya and Kylie Bunbury round out the cast as Mustafa Mond and Frannie, respectively.

The series has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
