Deathstroke Part 2 Coming to CW Seed This Summer

It looks like fans will only need to wait a few more weeks before revisiting Slade Wilson. It has been confirmed that Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons Part 2 will soon air on CW Seed.

The good news comes from Rick Haskins, President of Streaming and Chief Branding at the CW, who recently told Comicbook.com that CW Seed has several new projects in development. Interestingly, Haskins even revealed that the second part of Deathstroke's animated series will soon be available on the service.

"We do projects for CW Seed with DC Animation. Our next one, Deathstroke, is going to be up on CW Seed in the next couple of months," Haskins said before adding that there are more projects to work on. "We're definitely in discussions with them to do two more for next year. Absolutely, animation is part and parcel of our DNA on CW Seed."

This is good news for people who have been waiting for a follow-up on Part One, which aired in January. Needless to say, we can't wait to get an official release date for Part Two.

The synopsis for Deathstroke: Knights and Dragons reads as follows:

"Ten years ago, Slade Wilson — aka the super-assassin called Deathstroke — made a tragic mistake and his wife and son paid a terrible price. Now, a decade later, Wilson's family is threatened once again by the murderous Jackal and the terrorists of H.I.V.E. Can Deathstroke atone for the sins of the past — or will his family pay the ultimate price?"

Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons featured the voices of Michael Chiklis as Slade Wilson, Sasha Alexander as Addie Kane, and Griffin Puatu as Joseph Wilson / Jericho.
