Daredevil Star Elodie Yung Teases Elektra's Possible Return

The future of Daredevil might still be unclear but the cast of the cancelled Netflix show is already looking forward to playing their characters again soon. For instance, Elodie Yung has just teased on Elektra Natchios being brought back although she was seemingly killed off in The Defenders.

Elektra has already been through a lot in the Netflix shows. After being killed by Nobu Yoshioka in the second season of Daredevil, she was resurrected by the Hand and became Black Sky. Unfortunately, Elektra was once again presumed to be dead after an entire building collapsed on her and Matt Murdock in The Defenders. But is it possible that Elektra is still alive?

Yung may not have the answer for this but she is eager to continue playing Elektra. When asked about the character at a Fandom Spotlite virtual Wizard Worldpanel, the Gods of Egypt actress admitted that she loved Elektra "because she's so complex and broken."

"She's got a lot of villain in her, and that I can relate to, and also a lot of good. It's such an amazing character," Yung said. "I would love for Marvel to bring her back."

But is Elektra even alive to start with? There have been speculations that if Matt survived the collapse of that building, there is a huge possibility that the Hand found a way to find Elektra and ensure her return. On the other hand, Marvel Studios has not yet confirmed any plans to bring back the character so it's best to take this with a grain of salt.
