We have yet to see Slade Wilson in action on the big screen. However, it looks like the mercenary will be dropping in to cause some trouble in Titans. Deathstroke has been confirmed to join the second season of the DC Universe series.

According to Deadline, How To Get Away With Murder star Esai Morales has just been cast as Slade Wilson. The character is expected to face off against Brenton Thwaites' Dick Grayson.

The show's producers unveiled Deathstroke's official character bio:

"Slade Wilson is known for being DC's deadliest assassin. While serving his country, Slade became an elite soldier before government testing enhanced his physiology to near superhuman levels, putting him on a path of darkness and revenge. To his family, Slade is a father and husband, but to the rest of the world, he is feared by many as the infamous Deathstroke; selling his services to the highest bidder as the ruthless assassin that never gives up and never misses."

This isn't the first time that Slade has caused trouble on television. The character was famously played by Lord of the Rings actor Manu Bennett in the CW series Arrow. True Blood's Joe Manganiello also took on the role in a brief cameo in the post-credits scene in Justice League. Needless to say, Deathstroke is an intriguing character and Morales will be a welcome addition to Titans Season 2.

Titans had previously added Joshua Orpin as Superboy. The character will also debut in the second season of the DC Universe series.
