There is little doubt that people are already looking forward to Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 3 but what will happen in the third season? Showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has just confirmed that Sabrina is going to try and save Nick Scratch.

Aguirre-Sacasa recently attended the Television Critics Association press tour where he answered some burning questions about Part III. So what's going to happen in the third season? The showrunner pretty much confirmed what we are already looking forward to.

“I think it’s safe to say that we are going to Hell, yes,” Aguirre-Sacasa admitted to The Wrap. “We’re going to Hell. It’s very fun. It’s very fun. It’s dangerous, but it’s really fun.”

In the second season, Nick sacrificed himself to imprison the Dark Lord in his body. Lilith then brought Nick's body with her to Hell and the episode concluded with Sabrina telling her friends that they are going to save him.

We're certainly excited about seeing Hell in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 3, but what are the chances that the series will air in time for Halloween? Aguirre-Sacasa believes that the third season might be slightly delayed.

“I don’t actually know. I don’t think we’d be ready for Halloween. I have no idea, not a clue,” he said.

The first and second seasons of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina are currently streaming on Netflix.
