Captain America Spotted in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Set Photo

There is little doubt that people are currently hoping that the new Captain America will make an appearance in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. After all, fans are hoping that Sam Wilson will officially take on the title in the Disney+ series. However, it looks like there might be a different Cap showing up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe show. A new set photo might reveal that someone else is suiting up as the First Avenger.

The set photo was taken in Atlanta and has been shared on Instagram. Interestingly, it shows someone dressed as Captain America complete with the shield but he might not be who we think he is. Check it out below.

The image actually features John Walker who goes by the alias US Walker. The character is actually someone created by the US government to serve as Captain America's successor. Although his intentions are good, there is a huge chance that US Agent could end up on the bad side in the series.

It has already been confirmed that US Agent will be portrayed by Wyatt Russell. He will join returning stars Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Emily VanCamp, and Daniel Bruhl. Georges St-Pierre will also return as Batroc the Leaper, who first appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is currently in production and the series has not yet been given an official release date. However, fans are hoping that the show will premiere on Disney+ before the end of the year.
