Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash Pose With Bat-Signal In New Elseworlds Set Photo

Arrowverse simply can't stop making Batman references. A new set photo from the crossover event Elseworlds shows the heroes posing with the Caped Crusader's Bat-Signal.

The image was shared by Arrow star Stephen Amell, who happened to be dressed as The Flash. The picture shows Amell with Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist in Gotham City. Take a look at the tweet below.

Fans have been hoping that the constant references to the Dark Knight would mean that Batman will eventually pop up from the shadows in the crossover event. After all, Arrow, Supergirl, and The Flash are all in Gotham and posing with the Bat-Signal! However, it's more likely that a different Batperson will be responding to this particular light in the Arrowverse.

We already know that Ruby Rose will debut as Batwoman in Elseworlds. Hopefully, Kate Kane will be able to shed some light on where Batman is and if he's ever going to join the CW shows.

Although we're still unsure about Batman, it's no secret that Superman will be swooping in to help Supergirl, Arrow, and The Flash. Lois Lane is also joining the action so there's much to look forward to this December.

Elseworlds is set to be a confusing one for viewers and the characters themselves. Amell will be switching roles with Gustin and will be seen running around as the Scarlet Speedster. It would also be interesting to see Gustin brooding as Oliver Queen in the crossover event.

Elseworlds kicks off on The CW on December 9.
