Arrow might be set for its final season but it looks like Oliver Queen still has some interesting new surprises for fans who have been following the CW series from the start. Stephen Amell has teased on his character's new suit that will be revealed in Season 8.
Amell recently took to Twitter to confirm that he is still hard at work on Arrow Season 8. However, he also made sure that fans will have to wait until October to see Oliver's new suit. Take a look at his tweet below.
Interestingly, Amell decided to cover the new Arrow suit he will be wearing in Season 8. Considering that fans have already seen Oliver's new suit back in July, there is a huge possibility that something has happened to it in the photo or there's a completely different (and possibly spoiler-y) suit in the final season.
So what is up with the mystery suit? Some believe that Amell might be filming a flashback and the suit in question is one of Oliver's old suits. On the other hand, it could be confirmation that there's a different Green Arrow that will be introduced in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event.
Fans already know that the crossover event known as Crisis on Infinite Earths will introduce new characters and give most of the actor's some double duty work. For instance, it has been confirmed that Legends of Tomorrow star Brandon Routh is playing both Ray Palmer and the Kingdom Come Superman. With that in mind, is it possible that Amell will portray two different characters in Arrow Season 8? The truth will be revealed this October.
Arrow Season 8 premieres on The CW on October 15.
