It's a sad day in Hollywood as screen legend Robert Forster has passed away at the age of 78. Not surprisingly, Forster's former Breaking Bad co-stars Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston have paid tribute to the Jackie Brown actor.
Paul took to Twitter to express his sadness over Forster's death. Take a look at his tweet below.
"I am heartbroken to hear the news of the passing of Robert Forster. My god. I had the privilege of knowing this beautiful man and working along side of him. A true gentleman that loved to act. I love you my friend. Thank you for loving me. You are and always will be a legend," Paul wrote.
Cranston also paid tribute to Forster on social media.
"I'm saddened today by the news that Robert Forster has passed away. A lovely man and a consummate actor. I met him on the movie Alligator (pic) 40 years ago, and then again on BB. I never forgot how kind and generous he was to a young kid just starting out in Hollywood. RIP Bob," Cranston wrote.
Forster first appeared in the Breaking Bad episode Granite State as Ed "the Disappearer" Galebraith. He would later win the Saturn Award for Best Guest Starring Role on Television for his performance. Forster reprised the role in El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, which aired on Netflix on the same day as his death on October 11, 2019.
The cause of Forster's death has been revealed to be complications from brain cancer.
