Zachary Levi Praises His 'Shazam!' Young Co-Stars With Heartfelt Post

While most of us are associating April's Shazam with Zachary Levi, many are forgetting that the movie has some child stars and if early reactions are anything to go by, they do pretty well. It's always nice seeing child actors do well, even though the Hollywood environment is widely known for being a bad environment for children.

Apparently, both Asher Angel (Billy Batson) and Jack Dylan Grazer (Freddy Freeman) managed to be raised by good parents who have helped them avoid Hollywood's well-known toxicity over children. At least that's the impression we all got when Levi posted a heartfelt message to both actors on Instagram.

It's clear from this post that Levi is a pretty swell guy. The fact that he's openly talking about how the business swallows child actors and spits them out just as quickly does show a lot of his character. Hopefully, this post ages well and we see more of Angel and Dylan Grazer in the near future.

Both young actors have received praise for their role, with Dylan Grazer, in particular, getting a lot of attention for his comedic chops as Freeman. Child actors are usually something viewers fear but let's hope all of this positive reception carries through when the movie comes out.

Shazam! comes out on April 5.
