Team Rocket Boss Giovanni is Officially in Pokemon GO

It looks like the big bads of Team Rocket have made their way to Pokemon GO, calling themselves Team GO Rocket, and it looks like the players are going to have their hands full trying to find the leaders. Previously, it was established that there would be three leaders for players to take on - Cliff, Sierra, and Arlo - but it looks like these guys are just appetizers for the main course since classic Team Rocket villain Giovanni has also arrived.

According to the Pokemon GO blog, players will need to take up Special Research: Looming in the Shadows, which will have Professor Willow help you take down Team Rocket. Players will need to take on Team Rocket grunts and get Mystery Components from them. Once players obtain six Mystery Components, this will create the Rocket Radar, which will direct you to the location of Team GO Rocket's leaders.

Once you've beaten the Team GO Rocket leaders and rescue their Shadow Pokemon, you should be able to complete the Research Task and get the Super Rocket Radar from Willow. Having this will lead you to a big battle with the OG Team Rocket leader himself Giovanni. If you defeat him, you might be able to rescue a Legendary Shadow Pokemon.

Just make sure you're Pokemon are in tip-top shape. Otherwise, you're in for a bad time.
