Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Black Friday Trailer Spoils the Game's Epic Ending

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a great game so you'd think EA would discount it for Black Friday so it can generate some buzz and get more people buying right? Well, the buzz part is sort of correct but for all the wrong reasons since EA has released a Jedi: Fallen Order Black Friday trailer, which a) comes out after Black Friday b) isn't discounted at all, and c) spoils a big moment for Star Wars fans who haven't played it yet.

Why EA would release a Black Friday sale that doesn't even discount the game has ticked off fans since it feels like a tease that doesn't deliver anything. Granted, we're sure some stores in North America will sell the game at a slight discount but knowing that EA won't do so unless you're an EA Access member, is pretty annoying.

MAJOR JEDI: FALLEN ORDER SPOILERS AHEAD

Now for that one major spoiler, which is really annoying. We don't understand why EA had to reveal Darth Vader in this Jedi: Fallen Order trailer since the character hasn't been teased at all during pre-release. We get that it's been a couple of weeks since the game has come out but that doesn't mean everyone has played it. Plus, if you want newer fans to pick this up, why spoil the biggest surprise?

Despite all of this, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is still a pretty solid game, albeit an unoriginal one. Combining elements of Uncharted, Dark Souls, Sekiro, and Metroid made for a pretty solid Star Wars game; easily the best one released by EA.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
