Few droids in Star Wars have left an impact like R2-D2. Debuting in the very first Star Wars film, A New Hope, the droid has since been a part of many memorable moments and is still around in the new trilogy. So it's no surprise that there is a lot of merchandise based on the lovable droid and even more will come in the future, including this slick figure coming from Hot Toys.
As fans can see, this is one of the most authentic looking figures of the droid yet, with plenty of detail put on it. If that wasn't enough, the droid will come with a cavalcade of accessories, so you can make it a death machine or a wholesome little robot. Either way, it's going to be a fun one for collector's to mess with and could be one of the best things to come from Hot Toys in recent memory.
