Justice League will be hitting theaters very soon and fans are very excited to see their favorite heroes take on a threat that needs them all. The film comes out in a few days, but there have been a few special premieres for the actors and production team involved, usually attended by other celebrities. In one of the more recent screenings, fans were able to see the actors who will be playing Billy Batson and Shazam in the latter's title film: Asher Angel and Zachary Levi.
Levi and Angel took pictures together, which hyped up fans for the upcoming Shazam film. The two will be working together soon, so it's pretty cool seeing them take it easy and support Zack Snyder's Justice League. With two after-credit sequences revealed for the film, fans can only hope that some of them hint at the Big Red Cheese's future film.
On the official DC Instagram, Levi also said hi to the fans and expressed how excited he was to portray Shazam. He's definitely a choice fans weren't expecting, but it will be interesting to see how he does in the film. It seems like the movie is going for the more modern interpretation of the hero, who maintains the personality of young Billy Batson, so that makes Levi a solid choice to portray the character.
Shazam will hit theaters on April 5, 2019. Justice League will start showing on November 17.
