Pokémon GO: Gen 3 Pokémon Coming During Halloween Event, According To Dataminers

The Pokemon GO Halloween event has essentially been confirmed and it looks like we can expect more than just candies. According to dataminers, who were able to access the new update earlier than the rest of the world, they were able to find some interesting data which can be seen in The Silph Road Reddit. There are also a number of other fixes that will be in the game, which fans will appreciate.

Raid fixes will be in the upcoming update so players should have a smoother time participating in these. We will also see a notification when EX Raids get canceled, which should make fans breathe a sigh of relief. Fans were upset when some of the recent EX Raids were canceled prematurely so this should help a bit.

Sound bytes for various Gen 3 Pokemon were found, most of which are likely Ghost-types to make it to the Halloween event. These will likely be the first batch of Gen 3 monsters, with even more possibly coming next year. Fans will also be pleased to hear that the creepy music from Lavendar Town will probably be in the next update.

Expect more news to come when Niantic officially announces the Pokemon GO Halloween event. The game is available now and the update should be available when Halloween comes along.
