Pokemon Rumble Rush Announced for iOS and Android Devices

Not long after Fire Emblem Heroes developer DeNA announced that they would be working on a Pokemon mobile game, we now know that Pokemon Rumble Rush will be coming to iOS and Android soon. The game is coming out on these devices fairly soon and is already available in Australia via the Google Play, which should be music to the ears of people who enjoyed the 3DS titles.

Designed to be played with one hand, this game has players taking on wild Pokemon while exploring uncharted islands that change on a daily basis. Defeating some of the wild Pokemon will also lead to a number of these monsters joining your party. It's the closest thing fans have to a standard Pokemon experience on their phones, aside from Pokemon GO, and should be a decent time waster for those that want to use their favorite monsters to kill a bunch of things.

As expected, this is a free-to-play mobile game with in-app purchases. This probably means that some players might exploit the whole pay-to-win aspect that comes with these kinds of games, though this could be one of the fairest free-to-play titles out there. Then again, we'll have to wait and see, though knowing most free-to-play games, that probably won't be the case.

Pokemon Rumble Rush does not have a release date, though at least it's available in Australia. Expect a release date for the game sooner or later.
