Pokemon GO Player Has Officially Caught 1 Million Pokemon

It took a couple of years but someone has finally caught 1 million Pokemon in Pokemon GO, making him the very best that no one ever was. Sure, he hasn't "caught them all" but that's not his fault since a.) Pokemon GO just added creatures from Black and White b.) Pokemon will never end. Still, this is one hell of an achievement for the gamer and he should be proud.

The player who achieved this Pokemon GO monument was a Japanese gamer named Kyarorina. Apparently, he maxed out how many Pokemon you can catch a day, which is 800 Pokemon, and he did that for a long time. You can't say that it wasn't for nothing since he is the very first person to reach this achievement for Pokemon GO.

Honestly, we doubt anyone will be following Kyarorina's lead anytime soon, unless they are really hardcore. Even if anyone else manages to catch 1 million Pokemon, Kyarorina did it first and that cannot be undersold. Most fans won't be bothered by this since Pokemon GO is mostly a way to kill time these days while also helping us lazy gamers be a bit more active.

Pokemon GO can now be downloaded on iOS and Android as a free-to-play game, though it does have microtransactions. Pokemon Sword and Shield are now available on the Nintendo Switch, for those that want to have a more traditional Pokemon game.
