Looks like all of the negative reaction for Pokemon Let's Go fell on deaf ears as both Pikachu and Eevee are soaring high right now and neither of them is a flying-type. In all seriousness, the games continue to sell well and are getting mostly positive reviews so if you love Pokemon or have never played a game in your life, check it out. Pokemon GO is celebrating the two game's success by giving players new avatar outfits based on Brock and Misty.
As fans can see below, players will be able to customize their avatars with the outfits that Brock and Misty wear in the Let's Go games, which is a neat little bonus. Some fans were probably hoping to see their anime outfits in the mobile game but this is far from a bad giveaway for those that still play the game.
Even though it's been years, anime fans everywhere can recognize Brock and Misty from a mile away so it's cool seeing these characters get some love. The two barely appear in the Sun and Moon anime, while there are also no plans for them to appear in the new slate of movies that are set in their own continuity, starting with I Choose You.
Pokemon GO is available now as a free download for both iOS and Android devices. The clothes based on Brock and Misty are now available on the game's Style Store.
