Official Marvel's Avengers Art Shows the Whole Team in Action

I think it's fair to assume that we're all fairly excited for Marvel's Avengers at this point, after the initial disappointment from the E3 trailer. Since then, we've seen improved character models, a couple of solid gameplay segments, and the debut of Kamala Khan a.k.a. Ms. Marvel. As we wait for the game to come out, or for more villains to be confirmed, we have some great new art to check out.

The art is done by Marvel artist David Yardin and it looks pretty slick. We have our main cast of Avengers - Black Widow, Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, and Thor - getting ready for action as Ms. Marvel watches in the back. We also see a number of A.I.M. agents, which won't mean much since the Avengers are going to beat them up.

Since Marvel has confirmed that there will be Marvel's Avengers comic books as part of the Gamerverse line, it would be fun to see this piece of art used in a cover. There's also a good chance that this will be a poster released for promotional purposes, which would be fun to own. Most of us wouldn't mind if it were used in the game's box art since a lot of video game box art is really bad these days.

While we aren't sure about the Marvel's Avengers box art, we're sure it will be better than what we got for Marvel's Spider-Man. Seriously, that really sucks.

Marvel's Avengers comes out on May 15, 2020. The game will be available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.
