Nintendo Officially Registers Leaked Pokémon Switch Names

It looks like those leakedPokemon Switch names are legitimate. The supposedly leaked names for the two Switch games are Pokemon Let's Go! Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go! Eevee. Well, Nintendo has now registered both names, which can only mean that these two names are going to be used for something and if the rumors are true, they will be the names of the upcoming Pokemon games for the Switch.

According to WhoisDomains, both Let's Go! Pikachu and Let's Go! Eevee has been registered by a company called CSC Corporate Domains. This same company has registered the website name of Nintendo of America, so this seems to be pretty legitimate.

Rumors claim that these two games will be remakes of Pokemon Yellow but with some major differences. Depending on the game, players will either have Pikachu or Eevee as their first partner. It's pretty obvious which games have to be chosen to get either Pokemon, though one has to wonder if anyone will honestly choose Eevee over Pikachu.

Now that these registrations have been made there is now some credibility to these rumors. If reports about the game being unveiled before the end of May end up coming true as well, this will be a huge treat for fans. Then again, they will probably save that for E3.
