Mortal Kombat 11 Teases Upcoming Spawn DLC

Mortal Kombat 11 will have a number of guest characters as DLC, with Spawn being one of the most highly-anticipated ones to join. While we have yet to see the character in action, fans are very happy to see the Image Comics anti-hero confirmed for the game and we can't wait to see his playstyle. As we wait for his character model to be unveiled, NetherRealm Studios decided to share a sneak peek of the fighter.

It's only his face but NetherRealm Studios is teasing the character for the game. Not a huge tease, obviously, since it's just the character's face but this could be a hint that the character will be next. NetherRealm Studios didn't reveal when they would be releasing all of their DLC characters but they should give more details soon.

This isn't the first time Spawn has been in a fighting game. Prior to him appearing in Mortal Kombat 11, the character was an Xbox exclusive in Soul Calibur II. He was one of the most fun characters to use in the game and PlayStation 2 owners were pretty salty when all they got was Heihachi from Tekken. The Gamecube had Link from Legend of Zelda, making that the best version of the game.

Fans can get Mortal Kombat 11 right now on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
