Now that Men in Black International has a trailer and release date, fans are curious about this franchise's future and if it's in good hands. The first trailer showed promise, so fans are optimistic about this revival/reboot and hoping that a second or third trailer keeps the momentum. However, fans have been curious about the heavily-rumored Men inBlack crossover with 21 Jump Street (23 Jump Street?).

Talking about MIB23, producer Walter Parkes told Empire (via CinemaBlend) that they just couldn't get a solid enough idea out of the concept and are no longer working on it, calling this odd team-up an "impossible match-up." Considering how the Jump Street series is grounded in reality, this was a great move in hindsight.

Granted, the Jump Street movies have had their fair share of silly moments but the fact that aliens could have been a part of this universe would be weird. Then again, if they get the right writer, this may have been a fun little crossover. Now that it's essentially canceled, we probably shouldn't expect any more news about this.

MIB: International is undoubtedly one of the most highly anticipated films this year. In addition to the Marvel stars, the movie will also feature Liam Neeson as the head of the UK branch of the Men In Black. The Taken actor will be joined by Rebecca Ferguson, Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall, and the Les Twins. Emma Thompson is set to reprise her MIB 3 role as Agent O.

Men In Black International is scheduled for release on June 14.
