Latest One-Punch Man Episode Delayed Due to French Open

One-Punch Man season 2 was a long time coming and though it took a hit in animation quality, the story has been strong enough to carry the series thus far. Even with the quality shift, fans do want to see what happens next, which is why US fans were disappointed when it was revealed that the latest episode will be delayed due to the French Open.

The official Twitter account of One-Punch Man confirmed the news, apologizing to the public and stating that this week's episode will debut on June 11. Fans have been outraged by the news since they were hoping to see what the show had planned for viewers and now they'll have to wait due to a sports event that they aren't interested in. At the least, fans prefer the anime over the French Open.

What makes this wait painful was the amazing cliffhanger that the last episode ended on. After screaming out one final desperate plea for help, Suiryu accepted the fact that Bakuzan (who just ate two monster cells and had transformed into a hulking monster) was going to kill him. But Saitama, wearing his full hero gear, flew in at the last second and saved him.

Fans will definitely check out One-Punch Man season 2 next week but this delay is going to feel painfully long for hardcore fans.
