Josh Brolin Seemingly Confirms Deadpool 2 Reshoots

Anytime reshoots are made for films, fans get a bit nervous. While these shoots are actually a fairly common practice in movie-making, there have been times when they have made films worse. Last year's Justice League was supposedly victim to this, as was the 2015 Fantastic Four reboot. Josh Brolin, who will be portraying Cable in Deadpool 2 and Thanos in the Infinity War films, has seemingly confirmed reshoots for the former.

On Instagram, Brolin revealed that he was getting back in shape for some reshoots. Though he didn't specify which film would be having them, he did have a hashtag that read #ryanreynoldsusescgiforabs. That's Ryan Reynolds uses CGI for abs in case anyone is confused. Unless he has a secret project with his Deadpool 2 co-star, this seems to be a big hint that the highly anticipated sequel will be having reshoots.

Now, this doesn't necessarily mean that the film is in trouble. It could just mean that certain parts of the film need to be changed. There's also a chance that the reshoots are for a post-credit scene, which would be great, especially if it teases the long-rumored X-Force film. It's a shame that reshoots are looked with dread these days but with what happened to Justice League, it's somewhat understandable.

Deadpool 2 or The Untitled Deadpool Sequel, will be coming out on May 18.
