Immortal Hulk #33 Will Also be Incredible Hulk #750

Marvel's Immortal Hulk has proven to be one of the company's best comic books in years, redefining the Hulk in ways that comics before and after couldn't hold a candle to. What's impressive is that everything that's been built up in Immortal Hulk has come from older Hulk comics in the past, which is why it's fitting that Immortal Hulk #33 is also Incredible Hulk #750.

Revealed in Marvel's Pull List, Immortal Hulk #33 confirms that this will be a giant-sized issue where "something is wrong," which is said several times throughout the solicitation. Considering how shocking the comic has been since its first issue, saying "something is wrong" is the understatement of the century. It will be interesting to see how big this issue will be and if the entire comic will revolve around the main storyline, or if there will be extra tales from previous writers.

Here's the official solicitation:

Celebrating 750 ISSUES of the INCREDIBLE HULK! Something is wrong. Something has compromised the simulacrum.
EXTRA-SIZE HULK-SMASHING ACTION! Banner is refusing to yield. Something is wrong. PLUS! ENTER...THE THOUGHTFUL MAN!
Something is wrong. Something is wrong. Something is wrong.

Ewing is pretty great and can basically do no wrong with his work on Immortal Hulk. Those who thought Hulk was just a loud, angry man who wants to be left alone will be shocked to see the kind of developments that happen in this comic book, mixing your usual superhero action with some creepy body horror and some hellish imagery.

Immortal Hulk #33, which is also Incredible Hulk #750, will be coming out this March.
