Finn Actor John Boyega Will Appear in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Opening

With Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker coming out later this year, excitement for the franchise is at an all-time high. This is why fans are pumped up for Disney's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, the latest ride coming to Disneyland this week on May 31. It looks like fans who booked tickets for the first day are in for a treat since John Boyega, who plays Finn in these movies, will be in the ride's grand opening.

Boyega confirmed the news on his Instagram, where he also showed the hardworking people who are working on the ride. He then confirms his appearance, claiming to help anyone as a guide through the theme park's most insane rides. This should be great for people who are fans of Boyega or those that like the franchise in general.

Since The Rise of Skywalker is going to be the finale to this trilogy, it seems like this will be the last we see of Boyega as Finn, outside of appearances in a cartoon or video game. Though fans have had issues with his character, he has mostly been accepted by the public at large and his fate in The Rise of Skywalker is of great interest to any Star Wars fanatic.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opens in Disneyland on May 31. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker comes out in December.
