Amazing Spider-Man: Full Circle Promises a Far From Home-Esque Tale With an All-Star Creative Team

Spider-Man: Far From Home was a huge success and fans definitely want more, especially after that post-credits scene. As we ponder on the future of Spider-Man in the MCU, fans will be very happy to know that Marvel is releasing a comic book with a similar premise but with different results. Nick Spencer, the current writer for Amazing Spider-Man, will be joined by a number of superstar writers for October's Amazing Spider-Man: Full Circle.

On the writing side, Spencer will be joined by Jonathan Hickman, Gerry Duggan, Al Ewing, Chip Zdarsky, Kelly Thompson, and Jason Aaron. These are all very good writers and is the first non-X-Men book Hickman will be writing since his return to Marvel. As for the artists, we have Chris Bachalo, Chris Sprouse, Greg Smallwood, Michael Allred, Rachael Stott, Valerio Schiti, Cameron Stewart, and Mark Bagley.

Here's the summary for this new comic book:

A summons from S.H.I.E.L.D. leads Peter Parker into a globe-spanning adventure that will test him as never before, one in which the future of all mankind lies in his gloved, webbed hands! Who is the mysterious prisoner in the steel box who keeps propelling the wall-crawler onward?

No Mysterio mentions aside, this sounds a lot like Spider-Man: Far From Home but in the modern Marvel continuity. This is fine since Marvel is also giving us some of the very best writers in the company's current lineup. Hopefully, we don't see a lame Mysterio reveal since that would make this too much like Far From Home.

Amazing Spider-Man: Full Circle will be coming out this October, with covers from Rod Reis.
