Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be a big game when it comes out and we don’t just mean its reputation. Sure, the success of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has ensured that CD Projekt Red will make a ton of money with their new IP, but the game itself will also have a huge open-world. It won’t be as the one in Witcher 3 but the world will still have a lot of content for fans.

In fact, the game might have a bigger open-world than Grand Theft Auto V, which are fighting words for some.

Redditor Lord Pasifal (via Spieltimes) dove deep into all of the public information available for Cyberpunk 2077 and its world, comparing its map to GTA V and trying to see which game has the bigger world. This is definitely an odd measuring contest but it looks like CD Projekt Red wins, which is fairly impressive. Then again, this is just one fan’s theory so take it with a grain of salt.

Whether Cyberpunk 2077 ends up being bigger than GTA V or not doesn’t really matter since all fans want is a fun game with a lot of content to sink their teeth into. Considering how big The Witcher 3 was, it’s not surprising to know that this massive RPG also has a ton of things to do for gamers.

The future setting of this game is really appealing and I can’t wait to try it out. It’s a pretty game with open-ended gameplay and there’s not much else to ask for aside from that. Here’s hoping it lives up to our expectations.

Cyberpunk 2077 comes out on April 16, 2020.
