The ending of Fantastic Beasts and where to Find Them suggested that the franchise will now follow Newt as he looks for more mythical creatures. As it turns out, his friends for the movie are along for the ride, and we have a new image featuring Newt Scamander with Tina Goldstein.

Tina is actually noted as the wife of Newt Scamander by the time Harry Potter walks into the picture. Though her friendship with Newt seemed platonic for most of the first film, the end did hint at something romantic going on between the two.
Aside from beasts, the sequel will now have a bigger focus on Johnny Depp's character Gellert Grindelwald. This time around, Grindelwald's rival, Albus Dumbledore,will be brought into the picture, and he'll be brought to life by actor Jude Law. With more movies being planned for the Fantastic Beasts franchise, I'm guessing we won't see Grindelwald and Dumbledore's famed duel in this sequel.
