Newt And Dumbledore Come Together In New Images For Fantastic Beasts 2

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald promises a bigger cast, and we'll get to meet a young Albus Dumbledore brought to life by Jude Law. A new image has come out of Newt and Dumbledore together, and no doubt we'll be getting more reveals before the year comes to an end.

Dumbledore did get a special mention in the first movie as the only teacher who voted to keep Newt in Hogwarts, and I'm interested to see just how significant he'll be in the sequel. With the whole Dumbledore vs. Grindelwald showdown such a big setpiece, I'm curious if protagonist Newt will end up being second fiddle in his own movie.

Besides that, we also get some more looks at the set with this sketch of a niffler, the little critter from the first movie which has an affinity for all things shiny.

With Grindelwald looking to be the main villain of the film, I'm curious on how accurate the title "Fantastic Beasts" will be when the film comes out. Surely we'll still get to see more of Newt's creatures in the movie, but I think there's a possibility that they won't be the main focus of the film.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald will come out Nov. 16, 2018.
