New Trailer For Extinction, Netflix's New Sci-Fi Film Starring Ant-Man's Michael Pena

Netflix has released a trailer for its upcoming sci-fi film Extinction, and it tells the story of a man (played by Ant-Man's Michael Peña), who has visions of Earth's impending doom, and when the aliens make a deadly invasion on Earth, somehow he has the key to saving mankind. Synopsis: 

 

A working class father of the future faces recurring dreams of destruction by an unknown force.  When his unwanted nightmares begin to affect his relationship with his family, he soon realizes they may be the key to a horrible reality, as a relentless alien attack begins to destroy the Earth. As the invaders’ assault progresses, he is forced to find both the strength to protect his family and an understanding of who he truly is.

Directed by Ben Young (Hounds of Love) from a script written by Spenser Cohen (The Driver), Extinction also stars Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex), Mike Colter (Marvel’s Luke Cage), and Israel Broussard (Happy Death Day). 

The film is set to premiere on Netflix on July 27.
