New Star Wars: The Last Jedi Promo Images Confirm Snoke And Praetorian Guard’s Leaked Looks

Lucasfilm might be trying its best to keep the secrets of Star Wars: The Last Jedi close to its chest but various stories and images continue to leak out online and it looks like the latest to join the online circulation is a set of The Last Jedi promotional images that give fans a closer look at the film's main charcacters including Supreme Leader Snoke and for the first time ever, the large real-life versions of the Praetorian Guard.

First appearing on the Twitter account Star Wars Stuff, it seems like Lucasfilm may have not intended to release the photos as part of The Last Jedi's advertising, but they're pretty exciting to look at nonetheless.

While the photos of Adam Driver's Kylo Ren and Daisy Ridley's Rey don't seem entirely groundbreaking, the new images that feature Snoke and the Praetorian Guards seem to confirm the rumors that have been coming out recently.

Earlier this week, a leaked photoof Star Wars: The Last Jedi merch showed off the Praetorian Guards toy form, and now, this new promotional image looks exactly the same, only larger. Meanwhile, the promotional image of Snoke today looks a lot like the sketch released by Making Star Wars yesterday, showing off Snoke's bright blue eyes and the gaping hollow of his left mouth.

Snoke really does look like a withered prune of a human, but with The Force Awakens novelization confirming the character as a "humanoid" we can only wonder what kind of specie the supreme leader really is.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits cinemas December 15, 2017.
