Shane Black is on the helm for the next Predator movie, and with the release set for September this year, we're getting a slow stream of promotional material. The latest one is a new photo of a predator going up against Olivia Munn and Boyd Holbrook.

Based on what we've seen in the trailers, it looks like we're in for a classic slasher film with a few reveals on the Predators' secret agenda sprinkled here and there. The film has a star-studded cast which includes the likes of Thomas Jane, Sterling K. Brown, Keegan-Michael Key, and Edward James Olmos as well.
Shane Black has been known for his work with action comedies like The Nice Guys and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and a lot of people don't know exactly what to expect with him at the helm of The Predator. Though I am expecting some action/horror from this movie, I won't be surprised if we're going to get some genuinely comedic moments from time to time.
From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black's explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe's most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.
The Predator is slated for a release on Sept. 14.
