A new full trailer has been released for Blade Runner 2049, the long-awaited sequel to Ridley Scott's 1982 film, and there's a ton of new footage that give us more idea about the story will unfold. It looks like Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) is being hunted, and Neander Wallace (Jared Leto), a manipulative replicant manufacturer is behind it. It's up to Ryan Gosling character to save the night. It looks like the sequel is staying true to the original film's cyberpunk visual style. Watch the trailer below:
Synopsis:
Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what's left of society into chaos. K's discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard, a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.
Blade Runner 2049 also stars Ryan Gosling, Jared Leto, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista, Ana de Armas, Mackenzie Davis, Sylvia Hoeks and Barkhad Abdi. It's set ot release in theaters on October 6.
