Microsoft Offers Two Free Star Wars Games On Games With Gold May Line-Up


May the Fourth isn't only a day to spend marathoning Star Wars films with family and friends. The annual Star Wars holiday usually yields to a lot of great Star Wars deals for fans and now Microsoft's joining the celebration by listing down two Star Wars games for its Xbox Games With Gold lineup for May.

Microsoft has just made its official Games with Gold May announcement today. Aside from Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams which is being made available from May 1-31 and Lara Croft: The Temple of Osiris which is free for download for Gold subscribers from May 16 till June 5, Microsoft is also offering two Star Wars Xbox 360 titles.

From May 1-15, Xbox Gold subscribers can download Star Wars: the Force Unleashed 2, a darker sequel to the original action adventure videogam, Force Unleashed. Meanwhile, Lego Star Wars: The Complet Saga is being made available from May 16-31. The lego-themed action adventure Star Wars videogame which covers the original and prequel trilogy films has received pretty positive reviews from game critics.

While it isn't any of the original Battlefront games or the ones done by EA, Star Wars gamers with Xbox Live Gold memberships are still getting it good next month with two fun Star Wars videogame titles to download for free. As usual, these two Star Wars Xbox 360 games being offered in the Games with Gold program are also made backward compatible for gamers playing on Xbox One.
