McDonald's Promises More Szechuan Sauce After Rick And Morty Fans Rallied In Front Of The Store

A lot of fans lined up last Saturday at McDonald's to have a taste of their Szechuan sauce that was brought back thanks to an episode of Rick and Morty; much to their dismay, a lot of the branches seem to have been under-stocked on the sauce, and a lot of fans had started rallying outside demanding more sauce.

As it turns out, the demand for Szechuan was higher than anyone anticipated, and McDonald's has taken action to make sure that every fan gets a taste of the fabled Mulan Szechuan sauce. Here's the announcement:

For a show about a scientist who doesn't really care about anything, a lot of fans have certainly gone above and beyond when it comes to bringing back a sauce from the 90s that nobody really cared about until Rick and Morty brought it up again. Hopefully the showrunners will be careful with this newfound power they have to dictate pop-culture trends.

As of now, Rick and Morty 3 has just ended, and the show made another stellar run. We don't have a confirmation for when we'll get season four, but we do know that it will be in "a really long time." The good news is, co-creator Dan Harmon is planning to make more episodes this time around.
