Marvel's The Hunt For Wolverine Gets Four Different Series

When Marvel Legacy #1 came out, fans have been curious about Wolverine's return. In April, we will be getting the Hunt For Wolverine one-shot, which will be expanded upon in May with four different mini-series. Originally advertised as one-shots, Marvel announced that each series has four issues and will be orchestrated by Charles Soule, the man who wrote 2014's Death of Wolverine and is also writing Hunt For Wolverine #1.

Soule will write Hunt For Wolverine: Weapon Lost, with art from Matteo Buffagni. The series will be a noir/crime thriller and has a prominent guest star in Daredevil if the cover is anything to go by. This should be a good fit for Soule since he is currently writing the Daredevil ongoing series.

Tom Taylor of X-Men Red and All-New Wolverine fame will pen Hunt For Wolverine: Adamantium Agenda, with art from R.B. Silva. Apparently, Adamantium Agenda will be in the vein of an action/adventure series, with Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Man, and Spider-Man involved. Considering how Taylor writes Laura's adventures in All-New Wolverine, it's odd that she isn't advertised to appear here.

Hunt For Wolverine: Claws of a Killer will have She-Hulk writer Mariko Tamaki and veteran artist Butch Guise. This will be a horror story, with Weapon X members Lady Deathstrike and Sabretooth. Logan's son Daken will also be in the series and will probably play a major role.

Finally, we have Hunt For Wolverine: Mystery in Madripoor. This mini-series will be written by current Avengers writer Jim Zub and features art from the legendary Chris Bachalo. Starring Psylocke, Rogue, Jubilee, Storm, and Domino, this series has been described as a dark romance.
