Marvel's Cloak and Dagger Done With Filming

While New Warriors won't be showing in Freeform anymore, Cloak & Dagger will be and has just finished filming according to CBR. The series is expected to debut sometime next year and we can expect a proper release date soon, now that filming has finished. Originally, series actor J.D. Evermore, who plays as Detective Connors posted pictures in Instagram regarding the end of the series' shooting, but he has since deleted said pictures.

Though Evermore has deleted the pictures, we do know that the filming for the series is done and that we could be seeing the series in Spring 2018, according to Evermore. However, he did make it clear that this was him guessing the release date and not anything official from Marvel or Freeform. Fans of the characters can only hope that the release date comes out sooner rather than later, but we can't be sure.

Some might not enjoy the lack of information regarding the series, but at least we know it will have a full season and show on Freeform. New Warriors is currently being shopped to other networks, while Agents of SHIELD spinoff Marvel's Most Wanted never made it to the air.

Cloak & Dagger will show on Freeform sometime next year.
