Marvel Artist Shares Fanmade Poster For Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is at an all-time high right now what with the release of the latest trailer, and social media is now buzzing with all things Star Wars. Marvel artist Phil Noto has also caught the Force-fever and he shares this cool new poster that he made himself on his Twitter:

Though I do love how the official The Last Jedi poster looks, this one could easily pass as an official IMAX poster. I love the whole water-color feel to it, but I kind of wish it had more characters. Then again, what do I know about art?

Looking at the poster, there's also a tiny Snoke near the bottom, and so far, every image we see of him in his golden bathrobe makes me feel a bit iffy about the costume. I already thought that the Snoke moniker was kind of stupid, but maybe they just wanted to replicate Palpatine—what with the silly-sounding name as well as his affinity for robes.

I will admit, however, that the non-hologram look of Snoke in the new trailer does look pretty neat. That detail is amazing, and I can't wait to see more of his backstory unfold as the sequel trilogy nears its end.

Though we already have two trailers, a poster, and several toy commercials, there's still no official synopsis for The Last Jedi. We can still confirm a few things though, like the fact that the Resistance will be in disarray after an attack from the First Order, and that Rey will be spending a good chunk of the film training with Luke Skywalker.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi comes out Dec. 15.
