Earlier today, we reported that the legendary Star Trek star Leonard Nimoyhas passed away. He played one of the most iconic roles in television. I don't think the Star Trek franchise would be as great as it is now without his presence, so it deeply saddens me that he's gone, but his spirit will live long and prosper. Hearing the news made me want to watch the emotional scene in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan where Spock dies. That powerful scene reminded me of the impact that Nimoy brought to the Star Trek community.
