It seems that the biggest Star Wars reveals haven't been coming from Lucasfilm themselves but from leaked images of Lego sets. Thanks to Star Wars News Net, we have a new look at some of the upcoming ships in Star Wars: The Last Jedi as well as some new incoming characters.
New Lego Star Wars Leaks (Rey, Resurgent Class SD, Kylo's TIE)
Probably the coolest ship in the bunch is Kylo Ren's TIE fighter which is inspired by the TIE Interceptor. With Force Awakens drawing away from the space battles in order to focus on the duel with Rey and Kylo, I'm hoping we get some in this movie this time. Rogue One's space battle sequence was amazing, and I would like to see if Last Jedi will try to top it.
We also get a look at the First Order's Heavy Scout Walker which looks to be an updated AT-ST, but instead of the chicken legs, it has an updated crawler mechanism.
We also get to see one of Snoke's Praetorian guards holding up his weapon. Since they only stood around in previous movies, I would really like to see these guys in action. I mean, they are the elite guard. You can bet they kick serious ass.
Star Wars may not be coming to Comic Con this year, but there have been rumors that a BTS reel will be revealed at the D23 expo this month.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi comes out Dec. 15.
