League of Legends Artist Shares Impressive Fan Art of Final Fantasy VII's Tifa

While no official release date has been revealed, fans are still fairly excited for the Final Fantasy VII remake. Completely remade from the ground up with stellar HD visuals and a new battle system, there is a lot to like from what has been released thus far. This has obviously led to a lot of fanart of the beloved characters, with one, in particular, getting a lot of attention.

Blair Armitage, who has designed some characters for the MOBA game League of Legends, has released some fanart of fan-favorite FF7 character Tifa Lockhart. Anyone who's played the original has always liked the character for her looks and attitude, so seeing her like this is truly an impressive feat.

The fact that Armitage has kept her classic Final Fantasy VII gear is probably why the art has gotten a lot of attention. Even more impressive is how she used 3D models to match how the upcoming remake will eventually look. We can only hope that she looks this good when the game comes out, though it will be interesting to see what her gear ends up looking like.

Unfortunately, we probably won't be seeing this game for some time. Reports are claiming that the game will be coming out on 2023, which lead to some joking about how it's an early release for Square Enix. The game is expected to hit the PS4 when it comes out.
