Latest Jump Force Gameplay Trailer Has Vegeta, Gon, Kanji, and More

Not long after the V-Jump reveal, Bandai Namco has revealed a Gamescom 2018 trailer for Jump Force and it has footage of the recently-revealed characters joining the game. Vegeta, Gon, Hisoka, Blackbeard, Sanji, and Sabo are all seen in this trailer, looking quite good in HD. As if that wasn't interesting enough, the game also teased custom avatars ala Dragon Ball Xenoverse.

Seeing these new characters unleash their moves is pretty cool, from Gon's transformation to Vegeta's Ki Blasts, the game's visuals really highlight how awesome this game looks. Compare this game to something like Xenoverse and even the gorgeous Ultimate Ninja Storm games, it's clear that Jump Force is a true next-gen anime game.

Namek was also revealed, which isn't a huge surprise when you consider all of the iconic Dragon Ball Z moments that have happened in that arc. If only someone like Piccolo were confirmed for the game since he does come from that planet. Plus, he would add some much-needed diversity to the game, at least in terms of appearances.

Finally, the created avatar was briefly shown and it looks to have a number of various attires from all of the franchises included in the game. Compared to Xenoverse, this game should have more variety when it comes to customization.

Jump Force is slated for a 2019 release.
