Jurassic World 2 Begins Filming

It looks like Jurassic World 2 has officially begun shooting.

Last week, the Jurassic World sequel producer Frank Marshall revealed on social media that production for the film had officially begun. Now, Bryce Dallas Howard, the actress who plays the film's leading lady, Claire, has just given fans on update on Jurassic World 2's production by announcing that cameras have begun to roll.

Taking to Twitter, Howard posted a photo taken from the first day of shooting, writing down a caption taken from one of Claire's lines in the first Jurassic World. Check it out down here:

Like Marshall's Tweet, Howard's post doesn't give fans a lot of details regarding the plot of Jurassic World 2, however it's a pretty reasonable to guess that a few more of the park's "assets" are going to find themselves "out of containment" in the upcoming sequel as well.

Jurassic World 2 premieres on June 22, 2018 featuring the return of Chris Pratt and Howard. Jurassic World's director Colin Trevorrow has been asked to write the sequel's script together with Derke Connolly while the director's seat is given to J.A. Bayona.
